Love Loyalty Promise™ Program Rules

Effective Date: July 16, 2026

Marry Me Juliet ("MMJ", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Elevated Business Brands, LLC.

These Program Rules govern the Love Loyalty Promise™ (the "Program"). They supplement Section 10 of our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Program Rules and the Terms of Service regarding the Program, these Program Rules control for the Program, except where the Terms state otherwise. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.

This is a discretionary promotional rewards program

The Program is not an investment, security, equity, ownership interest, or guaranteed payment, and it is not registered with the SEC or any securities regulator. Rewards are discretionary, conditional, and may be zero. Nothing in the Program is a promise of marriage or of any relationship outcome.

1. Program Overview

The Love Loyalty Promise is a discretionary promotional rewards program under which MMJ intends, subject to these Program Rules and to company profitability, to share a portion of company profits with a limited number of qualifying couples who met on Marry Me Juliet and who later marry and remain married.

Participation is voluntary, creates no ownership or contractual right to any future payment, and does not guarantee any reward. If company profits are zero or insufficient, or if the conditions in these Program Rules are not met, rewards will be zero.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, a couple must satisfy all of the following:

  • Both partners met and first connected through Marry Me Juliet, as reflected in platform data.
  • Both partners maintain, or maintained, accounts in good standing (not banned, suspended, or removed for a policy, safety, fraud, or payment violation).
  • Both partners each completed the full compatibility assessment.
  • Both partners are at least 18 years old and legally able to marry.
  • The couple is legally married and can provide valid marriage documentation.
  • The couple completes the Program application and any requested verification.
  • The couple completes annual verification of continued marriage to remain eligible for future rewards.

Each couple may participate only once, and each individual may be associated with only one qualifying couple. MMJ may require reasonable evidence to confirm any eligibility criterion.

3. Tiers & Available Spots

The Program is limited to a total of 50 qualifying couples, allocated across three tiers in the order couples are finally approved:

TierCouplesPool allocationShare per couple
Founder's Circle1–1050% of the pool5% of the pool each
True Believers11–2530% of the pool2% of the pool each
Forever Partners26–5020% of the pool0.8% of the pool each

A tier opens for new placements only after the prior tier is full. Tier placement is determined by the order of final approval, as reasonably determined by MMJ. Once all 50 spots are filled, the Program is closed to new couples.

4. Qualification & Timing

  • A couple applies to the Program after they are legally married and submits the required documentation.
  • To be considered on time, we ask couples to submit their marriage certificate within 30 days of the wedding; MMJ may, in its discretion, accept later submissions.
  • A couple's tier and place in line are based on the date MMJ finally approves the couple, not the application date.
  • A couple's reward eligibility is first recognized on the couple's first wedding anniversary and continues only while annual verification is maintained.

5. Required Documentation

MMJ may require any of the following, stored privately and reviewed by our team:

  • A valid government-issued marriage certificate.
  • Proof that both partners correspond to the Marry Me Juliet accounts that connected on the platform.
  • A joint photo or other reasonable proof of the marriage.
  • For documents not in English, a translated or notarized copy may be required.
  • Tax and payment information necessary to issue a reward (see Section 10).

6. Payout Calculation

When MMJ declares a distribution, the reward pool is a discretionary amount of up to 10% of qualifying company profits for the applicable period, as reasonably determined by MMJ. The pool is divided among approved, verified couples according to the tier weighting in Section 3.

Illustrative example only. If the pool for a period were $100,000:

  • Founder's Circle: 50% of pool = $50,000 across up to 10 couples (up to $5,000 each)
  • True Believers: 30% of pool = $30,000 across up to 15 couples (up to $2,000 each)
  • Forever Partners: 20% of pool = $20,000 across up to 25 couples (up to $800 each)

Examples are illustrative and not a promise of any amount. If profits are zero or a distribution is not declared, payouts are zero. MMJ may reasonably adjust calculations to account for tiers that are not full, couples that are not verified, taxes, fees, and legal requirements.

7. Approval Process

MMJ reviews applications and documentation and aims to respond within a reasonable period (generally within about five business days of receiving complete materials). MMJ may request additional information, and approval is not final until MMJ confirms it in writing.

MMJ has discretion to approve, deny, or defer any application, to verify all claims, and to deny applications that are incomplete, ineligible, or that we reasonably believe to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

8. Annual Verification

To remain eligible for future rewards, a couple must verify each year that they remain legally married, using the process MMJ provides. If a couple does not complete annual verification, or if the marriage ends, the couple is no longer eligible for future rewards. Loss of future eligibility does not, by itself, require repayment of a reward that MMJ has already finally approved and paid, except as described in Section 11.

9. Payout Timing & Method

  • Rewards are paid only when MMJ declares a distribution; there is no fixed schedule and no guaranteed frequency.
  • To receive a reward, a couple must be approved, currently verified, and in good standing at the time of distribution.
  • Rewards are paid using a method MMJ reasonably selects and may require valid payment and tax details before issuance.
  • MMJ may combine, defer, or prorate distributions for administrative, legal, or tax reasons.

10. Taxes

Recipients are solely responsible for any taxes on rewards. MMJ may require a completed tax form (such as a Form W-9) or other information before issuing a reward, and may withhold and report amounts as required by law. Rewards may be reported to tax authorities where required.

11. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification

MMJ may deny, suspend, or revoke Program participation, and may recover amounts paid in error or obtained improperly, where we reasonably determine that:

  • documentation is false, altered, or misleading;
  • the marriage or the couple's connection on MMJ is misrepresented, sham, or fabricated;
  • either partner violated the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
  • a participant engaged in fraud, collusion, chargeback abuse, or other bad-faith conduct; or
  • participation was obtained in violation of these Program Rules or applicable law.

12. Review & Disputes

If you believe a Program decision was made in error, you may contact us at hello@marrymejuliet.com and provide supporting information. MMJ will review the request in good faith. MMJ's determinations regarding eligibility, tiers, calculations, and payouts are final to the extent permitted by law. Disputes are otherwise handled as described in the Dispute Resolution section of our Terms of Service.

13. Modification & Termination

MMJ may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Program Rules at any time. Program changes or termination will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. In the event of a sale, merger, or other business transaction, the Program may be modified, transferred, or terminated, and any acquiring company is not obligated to continue the Program unless it expressly agrees to do so.

14. Treatment of Already-Approved Claims

A program change will not eliminate a payment that MMJ has already finally approved under the then-current Program Rules, except in cases of fraud, error, ineligibility, or legal requirement. Recognition of eligibility and any specific reward remains subject to annual verification, good standing, company profitability, and the conditions in these Program Rules.
